Secluded but close to town. The cabin is super clean and has everything needed, we loved our stay and would love to return. Owner is great and returned deposit in a speedy manner
This cabin had everything we needed, instructions were easy to follow, and we had a blast. We had 5 adults and there was more than enough room for 3 more people. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a lot of food. We've already talked about coming back next summer or even this fall for longer than 3 days. Would definitely recommend!
Our family loved this cabin. It offered all the amenities and surroundings that we we wanted for a get away trip. Extremely clean. Peaceful and beautiful setting and the house was incredibly cozy for our family. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Snowmobiling is so fun. We had an excellent time and made some great memories. Can't wait to go back.
Such a nice place to get away from it all. Quiet, relaxing, and very clean. Love being right on the river. Will definitely stay here again.
If you are looking for an a clean and cozy cabin in Grayling, this one is a great choice! I stayed there in July 2013 with friends and the kids (we had 7 total). The cabin slept all seven of us comfortably and was well stocked with the essentials. Everything in working order and as described in the ad. The owner was more than accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Overall it was a great experience, I'm sure we'll be back.
I found this location online and contacted the owner about renting for a weekend - completely "blind" about the location. We were looking for an affordable place for a group of 8 to split, and this cabin certainly didn't disappoint! Located about 10 minutes out of town, we felt that we were close enough to enjoy the activities Grayling has to offer, yet were far enough away to enjoy some privacy.
The two bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of closet space. Additionally, we had two people share the pullout bed in the living room, and could have slept two more on the futon in that space - it's huge!
As it was, two people from our group opted to "camp" in a tent in the front yard. The owner was very accommodating by allowing us to do so.
We were also excited to have a washer and dryer available, as well as cable TV and internet. The kitchen was modern and easy to use as well. Finally, we loved the access to the river right in the back yard! It's the perfect depth to sit in a chair and read with your feet in the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks provided by the owner.
