Bright yellow cottage-like house, with Beach access. Nice big deck to enjoy in the summer evenings, watching the kids playing in the yard or walking to the lake to play or fish. You can BBQ on the patio or have a dinner cooking in the crock pot while you are out boating.

Our master bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom; there are two queen size deluxe blow up mattresses, that fit nicely in the extended portion of the second bedroom.You'll have all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, dining area, cozy living room and yet close enough to walk to the beach across the street or to local stores and restaurants!! Water sport rentals are half mile down the street (see the link at the bottom of page). It truly is a home away from home.

Everything was as described. The house was very clean, which is most important to us. The place was darling and we had a wonderful time. It was a great location, right by shops and dining. We did not have great weather, so it was so nice to have such a cute place to retreat to! Owners were good to work with and deposit was refunded promptly. The 2nd bedroom is very large with the bunk beds and another full bed and room for a blow-up mattress. Plenty of room! We would absolutley stay here again.

Be sure to plan accordingly in case there is a burn ban which excludes using a fire pit or charcoal grill. No gas grill available while we were there, which was the only burning allowed.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were home. The home is so cozy and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Everything looked to be new (carpet, flooring etc) and was VERY clean. We loved sitting on the huge porch for our morning coffee and evening night caps. The location is ideal. You can walk to the main street for shops and famous raspberry shakes. We could have stayed longer!

VRBO and owners very helpful with establishing an overnight rental and fun experience. Cozy and very clean little house right off the main road, close to town, lake shore and city park for grandkids to play. We loved it the minute we drove up (exactly as shown) and wished we had booked more time to stay and enjoy. Everything about it was just perfect! We highly recommend this rental if you like your privacy and have a small family group. Thank you Lydia!

Great little yellow cottage

This was a great house to stay in. Decorated very cute. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Close to everything in Garden City. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again.
