This beautiful waterfront villa has over 1800 sq ft of fully air conditioned living area. The interior offers new contemporary furniture. The house comes with top quality fittings throughout. You need to bring along only your clothes, nearly everything else is supplied for you. The house backs on to an intersectional canal which leads to almost all bigger Cape Coral lakes. Fish or boat from its private dock (boats may be rented in the area). The large electric-heated pool has a fully screened, covered lanai, furnished with comfortable patio furniture and sun-chairs. The nearby shopping at Edison Mall is fantastic, and there are many wonderful restaurants, cinemas and theatres within 15 minutes drive away. This is a wonderful base for exploring Florida's Gulf Coast. The property, landscaped with palms and tropical trees, is in an area of outstanding beauty and is in a very quiet community.

We will be returning to beautiful Villa Nightfall for the 4th year. It is such a quiet, peaceful location. This lovely decorated home has everything we need for a comfortable stay. It is extremely clean and well maintained and any need we have is promptly met. We spend many hours on the patio where we can watch ducks, geese, herons, otters, and wildlife on the canal.
There are so many places of interest near by. The parks are wonderful, there is an abundance of shopping areas, theaters, art centers, beaches, and the list goes on and on.
There's no shortage of restaurants.and we have frequented many of them. The seafood at "Aeirals" is awesome, "The Twisted Lemon" is great for breakfast or lunch, and there are so many more to choose from.
In case you have an emergency, the Hospital is just a few minutes away.
I'm sure if you spend time at Villa Nightfall, you will want to return.

Bereits 3 mal haben wir die Villa Nightfall geniessen dürfen. Umso schwerer ist es uns gefallen, in diesem Jahr darauf verzichten zu müssen. Unsere beiden Jungs lieben das Haus und die ganze Umgebung in Cape Coral und SW-Florida. Nächstes Jahr sind wir garantiert wieder zurück - in "unserem" zweiten Zuhause... :-)

aber die letzten beiden Jahre haben wir das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus genossen.
Die Eigentümer stehen vorab schon mit viel Geduld für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und vor Ort ist ebenfalls für eine gute Betreuung gesorgt.
Bücher, Musik, alles steht zur Verfügung - und was wir besonders schön fanden: alles ist sehr hell und nicht überladen!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
