This furnished condo features a large living room/dining room combination, pantry style kitchen, all appliances, large master bedroom. Screened Lanai and washer and dryer are included. This facility has two pools-one is heated.This is a terrific location for a well-rounded vacation of beach combing, shelling, golfing, sightseeing, dining, and shopping.If you like to shop, you will be close to upscale malls, beach shopping, or one of the largest flea markets you have ever seen. Centrally located, within 6 miles to the bridges connecting the resort islands paradise of Sanibel and Captiva and the bridge to Ft. Myers Beach. Dozens of restaurants, stores, golf courses and attractions within 10 minutes drive.

Great for single professionals or couples ,electric/water and cable included, absolutely No Pets and No Smoking please. This is a quiet area with many attractions min. away. It is an easy to drive to all the baseball stadiums where the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox,

    •A deposit of ($400 dollars high season,$200 low season) is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a bank check, money order for the deposit with in 7 days of initial booking . Once it is received dates are officially reserved. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in. The booking will be canceled and the deposit forfeited for non payment.. Upon your arrival the $400/ $200 dollars converts to a damage and cleaning deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be mailed to you with in FIVE (5) business days of your departure. *No damage is done to home or its contents. *No linens or household items are missing *No early check in or late check out, all check outs @10 am, late check outs charged $75 *House has not been smoked in.

My husband and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary. It was a wonderful and relaxing trip. The condo was very cute and suited our needs. We did have to buy a little fan for the bedroom because it was warm in there at night, but otherwise, everything else was great. We had a problem with the cable the night we arrived but Greg came and fixed it the next morning. It was a great trip!
Owner's Response: Tempature could have been adjusted to your comfort in this case it wasnt set to the lowest.

We had a great time at the condo. Very clean when we got there; very quiet location and the owner was pleasant and returned our security deposit before we left. Loved it and would rent again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway
