Photos and Description of the La Bisbal vacation house rental

The holiday house ‘La Vinya’ is a two-year-old detached house, 20 km by road from the coast, in the hamlet ‘Veinet de Sies’ near the quiet country village of Monells. It lies on 20,000 m² of fully enclosed land, together with the house of the landlord but completely private. For personal usage, there is garden with lawn of 250 m², a swimming pool 7.50 x 3.75 m (open May 1st – Sept 30th) with shower, pergola, grill, a tennis court (flood light) and a parking place beside the house. The 75 m² house has three comfortably furnished rooms; dining room with satellite TV and exit to the garden, open plan, 2 bedrooms, each with a shower/WC and exits to garden. In every room there is a ventilator and insect gratings. The beds measure 1.60 x 2 m; an emergency bed can be rented. There is an external entrance to one of the bedrooms. The house has got oil heating, terrace furniture and sun beds. Everything is in a good condition.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Included in the price are electricity, water, heating, pool cleaning and the use of the tennis court. Excluded from the price are the laundry for all bed, the kitchen and bathroom linen and towels cost this is 12 Euro per person. An emergency bed is available for 10 Euro per night and the tennis court flood lights. Cleaning of the house at end of stay is 70 Euro.
    The house can be entered on Saturday at 16:00 p.m. and on leaving, exited on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. A deposit of 200 Euro is required at the begin of the rental period as a security against damage, it can be reclaimed on leaving.

Wir verbrachten Ende 09-09 eine Woche auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Sahnehäubchen war das herrliche Wetter. Einen herzlichen Dank an unsere Vermieter, die sich als sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit zeigten. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr sicherlich wiederkommen.

Onze vakantie in Monels is ons zeer goed bevallen.
De woning staat op een schitterend landgoed samen met de woning van de eigenaar,maar wel zo dat je voldoende privacy hebt.De woning ligt zeer rustig midden in een klein bos.De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en zorgt regelmatig voor een doosje verse eieren van zijn kippen.Buiten de woning is alles perfect verzorgt met een mooi zwembad en overdekt terras.De woning zelf is niet heel groot maar voldoet aan alle eisen.

War mit meiner Ehefrau vom 20.06.-04.07.2009 in Monells.
Für Ruhesuchende ist dieses Fleckchen Erde einfach ideal.
Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, des Pools und die vorhandenen Küchenutensilien sind besonders erwähnenswert.Es fehlte uns an nichts.
Die Eigentümer sind sehr aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und wirklich nicht aufdringlich.
Das Schoppen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machten richtig Spaß.
Gute Tipps gibts beim Eigentümer.
Durch die wunderbare Betreuung durch die Eigentümer von der Buchung des Aufenthaltes bis zur Abreise gab es keinen Zeitpunkt den wir missen möchten.
Unser Fazit so bald als möglich wieder hin.

Ein Bijoux

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für den Superaufenthalt bedanken. Das Ferienhaus ist für Ruhesuchende ideal.

Die (schweizer) Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie sind auch gerne bereit Ausflugstipps und Restaurants zu empfehlen. Die Lage des Anwesens ist absolut ruhig. Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet, so dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Bilder werden dem kleinen Bijoux in keiner Weise gerecht.

Ein Highlight ist sicher der private Pool und der (am Abend sogar beleuchtete) Tennisplatz.

In der Umgebung gibt es viele mitelalterliche Städtchen und Kirchen zu besichtigen. Das zu Fuss zu erreichende Städtchen Monells ist ein Kleinod. Wir empfehlen ebenfalls einen Ausflug nach Girona (35 Min. mit dem Auto) oder nach Barcelona (1.5 h).

Das Ferienhaus können wir nur empfehlen.

Ruhe und Erholung und Fitness

Wer in schöner Natur fernab von lästigen Umweltgeräuschen ausspannen möchte, ist hier richtig. Daneben kann man sich auch noch wunderbar sportlich betätigen, z.B. im großen privaten Pool oder auf dem privaten Tennisplatz. Abends kann man wunderbar über das 20000qm große Grundstück spazieren gehen, oder im nahen historisch wertvollen Ort einen Rossado trinken. In 25 Minuten ist man an einem der Strände, die Lebensmittel kauft man im 10 Minuten entfernten Großmarkt ein. Die auf dem Grundstück wohnenden Vermieter sind äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und kommen nicht ungebeten auf das Ferienhaus Grundstück. Die Schlafräume sind ausreichend groß, die Bäder sowie die Küche sind in gehobener Ausstattung, das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls ausreichend. Vor der Anreise erhält man vom Vermieter alle notwendigen Informationen.
