1 Bedroom, sleeps 2, bathroom with shower, heated.

From the enclosed porch enjoy a panoramic view of Pigeon Hill Bay and listen for distant muted sounds of Petit Manan Lighthouse. You'll see deer crossing under apple trees and hear the whisper of eagles wings above. There is a sloping lawn to the private sandy and cobblestone shoreline. Kayak or boat with easy ramp access. Enjoy up close views of lobster boats and fishermen tending traps. A wonderful spot for walking, hiking, biking and bird watching. Adjacent to Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge with over 3500 acres of pristine shoreline and walking trails.

Nearby Winter Harbor Village features art galleries, theater productions, unique shopping and several restaurants.

Take a day trip to Bar Harbor or Campobello. Visit Machias area, tour the site of the birthplace of the US Navy.

Guests have told us this is just a little bit of heaven.

Downeast Sunrise Trail: Access the 87-mile Downeast Sunrise Trail, popular for all seasons: bikes, ATVs and cross country skiers share the trail. You'll feel like you're far away from civilization, but you're never more than 5 miles from an access point. You can frequent local businesses, or stop for lunch at a cafe. Habitats include mixed-forests, bogs and salt water marches. The trail lacks difficult hills.

Milbridge has all the ammenties.: Supermarket, restaurants, shops, laundry, movies, medical center, churches and banks you'll find them in Milbridge, the adjacent town.
