Baie Rouge is one of the most fabulous, intimate and quiet beaches in St Martin. It is aptly named as a result of the pinkish coloured sand you will find there and you can walk along a large stretch of almost deserted sand. The waters are almost always calm making it perfect for swimming and snorkelling. There is also some wonderful bird watching in the area and the view to Anguilla is breathtaking as well as the view of the cliffs protecting the beach on the west. You will also find some really good beach bars here including Gus and Raymond’s. David’s Grotto which is a stunning cliff area is located between Baie Rougeand Nettle Bay.

La Vie en Bleu is an open plan villa with two king sized bedrooms. Bedroom 1, opens to the living room & offers stunning sea views. This room has a very large private bathroom with showers & dressing area. Bedroom 2 is located on a lower level with separate Living Area, Plasma TV and a Kitchen. It offers a lot of privacy and looks over the garden. This room also has a very large private bathroom with showers & dressing area. Both rooms have air conditioning, Plasma TV, DVD & ceiling fans.

Marigot the capital of St Martin is also worth a visit. It has a wonderful French feel with elegant boutique lined streets, restaurants and outdoor cafes.
Water sports – St Martin is heaven for water sport lovers with most of the main beaches having water sport centres offering surfing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, kite surfing, water skiing, kayaking sailing and deep sea fishing. The weather, water and air temperature which average between 77 and 84 Fahrenheit provide ideal conditions.
Deep sea diving is also wonderful in St Martin with the water being clear and warm and perfect for exploring the local marine life.
The largest open-air market in the Caribbean located in Marigot where more then 100 stands await. Here you will also have an opportunity to meet the local ladies whose charm, humour and kindness will captivate you.
Grand Case village is definitely worth a visit. The main street is filled with French restaurants and the village is aptly named the gourmet capital of St Martin. The village is full of character with a lovely old fishing village atmosphere.
