Our one bedroom/one bath apartment is perfect for the couple traveling or corporate executive looking for a contemporary, well appointed location. We are minutes from downtown, bike trails, hospitals, university, and bases. Ask about our Spa Suite. It has its own private entrance with beautiful amenities (queen bed with luxury linens, bamboo flooring, plush towels, extra deep jacuzzi/shower, bath robes, spa products, microwave, coffee-espresso machine, etc.)

1st Alaska Visit

We visited Alaska for the first time ever in February and early March. We attended Fur Rondy, spent time riding on the train from Anchorage to Fairbanks, flew to Coldfoot above the Arctic Circle to view the Aurora, visited the Chena Hot Springs and made it back to Anchorage to see the Ceremonial start of the Iditarod. We spent our last 4 days in Anchorage at the lovely home of Cherie and Daryl. I can't say enough about them as gracious hosts and they were a font of information about Alaska. Our accommodations were very comfortable and the location was excellent if you have a vehicle. I would stay with them again without hesitation.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful stay

The owners were more than accommodating with anything we requested. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed including our first breakfast (eggs, fresh squeezed orange juice, bagels, and a bag of coffee)! I would recommend this property to anyone and would be delighted to stay again.

Clean and Friendly

This was a great place for our stay in Anchorage as we used it as a base for day trips to Seward and Whittier and an overnight to Nome. We used the public bus line which was a few blocks away. The drivers were helpful and all the people friendly.
The hosts were very helpful and we enjoyed visiting with them as they expanded our view(s) of Alaska and her people.
We found Alaska as a whole to be the friendliest place we have visited and the hosts were the best.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Comfortable and Cozy!

My family and I absolute loved staying at this Cozy rental. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend staying here I know you will enjoy it as much as we did!!
