Simply put, this spectacular upper level unit combines the experience of an expensive boutique hotel and a warm, friendly and fully equipped friend’s apartment. With hotel quality linens and towels, bamboo flooring, original art work, fun mid-century furnishings, decorator lighting fixtures and wall colors, WIFI, flat screen televisions in each bedroom, and a state of the art TV and sound system in living room, your stay indoors will be as good as the one outdoors at the pool and spa, which are only 11 steps away.
Add to the above, a super comfortable king size bed in master (with en-suite bath), queen in second bedroom and a sleeper sofa as comfortable as a real bed, this unit easily accommodates 6 people. If you cook, condo has just about every cooking device you have at home and maybe a few more. A complimentary chilled bottle of wine awaits you inside the refrigerator (with ice and filtered ice water thru its door). Also the refrigerator and pantry will provide most the condiments and necessaries you will want but not have to buy at the market that is only one block away.
Two outdoor deck areas at either end of unit provide those spectacular views for outdoor dining or for just relaxing. They also allow the wonderful desert breeze cross ventilation that only an upper floor can provide not to mention no one above you to make noise.
In short, this unit is a bit more expensive than some others in this community, but aren’t you worth it?

An easy walk to everything necessary for your sunny Palm Springs Holiday. Of all the many places I've experienced, this area remains my favorite.
calming yet spectacular up close and personal mountain views, friendly and accessible yet private neighbors, easy access to long flat bicycle pathways, hiking and more.
Thank you Rhenton for a fabulous vacation. This condo was the ideal holiday rental for my family of four (including 2 teenage boys). It was very easy going and relaxing. The condo was clean and furnished with very unfussy furnishings. It was also well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location of this condo as the proximity could not have been any better. Not to mention that the pool temperature was always a very comfortable 87 degrees and the hot tub 102 degrees. The snow birds that stayed in the villa for the winter could not have made us feel more welcome and part of their little community for the 10 days that we were there. The condo is also in a great location....just a short walk to Ralphs grocery store and a few blocks from down town Palm Springs. All in all, we had a great time and would love to vacation in Hermosa Villas again next year. Thank you again Rhenton...job well done!!
We recently spent three great weeks in this condo. The location is quiet despite being within walking distance to town where we found a number of really nice places for Happy Hour or dinner. Closer to home we particularly enjoyed spending time on the large sunny deck and at the pool just steps from our front door. Though not a new unit it is spacious, clean and well maintained. We have already made plans to return next year.
Very nice condo. Clean and comfortable beds. Wonderful heated pool. Great location. Very amiable and helpful landlord and property manager. I would return. I recommend this central convenient gated community given its location and amenities. NIcely done all the way around.
My 4th time visiting Palm Springs. The owner and property Manager were the greatest. In fact we (me my wife and two grown daughters) had such a great time we offered to buy the condo. Walked to dinners . drug store and grocery walking distance. If they don't sell it to me I'll be back.Met a number of HOA board members while there. all fine people. good comunity.

Security deposit rates determined by length of stay and rental history. $750/ monthly or $500/month for multiple months. Fully refundable.
