NOW ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS FOR JUNE 15-22 *$500 DISCOUNT JUNE 15-22* Sleeps 10. 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo (renovated in 2012) located 1 block from Kids Corner and 2 blocks from the South Beach. This property has a hot tub and grill located on the upper outdoor patio. There is an open floor plan providing a great space for family and friends to gather. The french doors from the living room lead to a spacious patio complete with grill and hot tub where you can enjoy the soothing sounds and breeze of Lake Michigan.In addition to 3 bedrooms there is a Murphy bed with plush queen mattress and a sleeper sofa.

There are 2 bathrooms. The master has a separate tub and shower, double vessel bowl sinks and a linen closet. The 2nd guest bath has a tub shower combo, large vanity and linen closet.

You will also find 2 private parking spots and plenty of meter-free parking on the street.

Many locals remember this property as Maple Street Grocery a small mom and pop operated neighborhood grocery store where they bought candy as kids. It was a square white building with living quarters on one side. When my brother-in-law was in his teens, he operated a snow cone business out of the back called Russell's Yum-Yum shop. In 2009 we remodeled the owners quarters and in 2011 we added a second story and further remodeling to the first floor. The result is a 5 Bedroom home with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms and an awesome upstairs patio with a hot tub.

We take great pride in our home, keeping it well maintained and clean. We are in a great location in close proximity to all the favorite South Haven Spots, but in a residential neighborhood that provides peace from the sometimes hectic summer crowds.

As stated in the previous sections, the beach and Kid's Corner (a wooden structure park) are two of the main attractions within short walking distance. There are also shops and restaurants, within a 10 minute walk.

Shorter stays are considered if we have vacancies 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Shorter stays will have a 3-night minimum and a nightly rate of $645 and a $130 Cleaning Fee.

    First Peak Season Week (June 8 - 15) Shorter stays considered with a 3-night minimum. Nightly rate of $645 plus 6% Michigan sales tax and $130 Cleaning Fee.

    The weekly rate for the Non Peak Season (September 3 - June 7) is $1,975 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. The nightly rate is $395 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 2-night minimum stay required and a $130 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days.
