Our condo is situated on 30 acres of well manicured wilderness. The Inn of the Sea Resort is quiet, clean, peaceful, and you can't beat the fresh ocean air!

This Resort boasts a deep sea dock, new heated outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, large open grassed field, campfire pit, eagles, squirrels, and a beautiful beach full of sea life to explore.

Unit 115 is a ground floor condo with easy accessibility, good for Seniors and children. From our patio overlooking Stuart Channel and the Gulf Islands, you can walk straight to the beach. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a king bed. There are two sofa beds in the living room, a queen and double. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. TVs, free internet, computers, Bluray and DVD players found upstairs and down. There is a full kitchen. Some sports equipment and children’s life jackets.

This is a place you’ll want to return to, every summer. You will never tire of the view, the tranquility of the resort and so much to do and explore. We, as a family and as a couple, still come over to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and to rejuvenate.

About The Owner

My husband and I are both Professionals and have 3 grown children that are all married and starting their own families!

The Owner purchased this condo in 2002
Why The Owner chose Ladysmith

My husband and I finally bought into this beautiful resort because we had been coming here for the past 30 years even before the resort was built. Our children grew up here. We haven't missed a summer yet, and we are still coming over as a family and now I'm into Grandchildren! That's how much we love it here!

What makes this condo unique

It's peaceful and so much to do for all ages! It's a great way to reconnect with family and friends!

Our family has been here for many years and just love it. As a busy mom I love it for the relaxation the place has to offer and the piece of mind I have when my children safely roam around the grounds.
We all look forward to playing tennis, swimming, fishing, clamming every year and just hanging with the family. The place is so comfortable it is like your home away from home.
The owners are wonderful and always so helpful.
As for the cleanliness ... you could eat off the floor.

I would definitely recommend this to friends and family!

Incredibly relaxing time away

Our family had a lovely time at The Inn Of The Sea and we will always have fond memories of our stay.
The condo is well maintained and spacious with a full kitchen, tv and computer for our use. When we were not relaxing indoors or on the patio, we were fishing off the dock, wandering and exploring on the shore and playing in the pool. Our little girls practically lived in the beautiful pool area during our stay.
The surrounding grounds are well kept and quiet. Great if you want to go for a walk or jog.
Everything about our stay was amazing, starting with booking our vacation with the friendly helpful owners to cooking our meals in the well stocked kitchen, to sleeping in the comfy beds at night.
The Inn Of The Sea proved to be the perfect venue for some down time for a busy city family.

Lovely relaxing spot

Two couples enjoyed a four day stay at this unit over the July 1st long weekend. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, well maintained, and very comfortable. There is a lovely patio for outdoor dining with a view down to the beach.
The Inn of the Sea grounds are beautifully kept, with nice seating areas close to the water - a relaxing spot to enjoy your morning coffee. We are cyclists, and the Yellow Point area has good roads for cycling. We also found some nice areas for walks and hikes in nearby parks. Exploring the sea shore is always enjoyable too.
All in all a wonderful weekend.

Island Relaxation

My husband and I have stayed at the condo every summer for over 10 years. We have even brought our extended families and they truly enjoyed themselves. The place is comfortable, clean, functional and has a great view of the ocean. It is a perfect getaway for anyone and especially for families with children. The resort has a swimming pool and hot tub and our daughter practically lives in the pool. We love to fish off the docks or head out to the ocean by boat for some great fishing. Let’s just say our stress level takes an immediate drop when we are there. The owners are absolutely wonderful to deal with. Thank you for everything!

Owner's Response: This resort is a great place where children from ages 1 to 99 enjoy because there is so much to see and do; and a wonderful place for adults to relax. My children spent two weeks every summer here as they were growing up. They are still coming over. It is so nice to know that other families are enjoying the same types of bonding experiences.

civilized Wilderness

My husband and I have stayed at the condo and can vouch for the comfortable surroundings, beautiful grounds, and the fishing was good too. If you have a small boat or jetski the Bay is a perfect place to play. Your young kids will love searching for crabs along the shore and scampering around the rocks. The owners are meticulous when it comes to maintenance. Hard to think of anything that might have been missing. Thanks for a great time.
