This four bedroom villa overlooks the expanse of the Bay from its location just above the shoreline. The fully air conditioned main pavilion offers the Great Room and kitchen, and the adjacent master bedroom/bath suite, both connected by a shady covered loggia off the courtyard terrace, just perfect for al fresco dining. Not to mention languid days and nights of sheer relaxation. At the rear of the Great Room, French doors flanked by Chinese statues of rams open out to a percolated gallery just outside.
The shaded loggia is furnished with a large dining table and with a cluster of cushioned wicker seating; three steps down is the infinity edge pool and sun deck all bordered by tropical plants. Casa Lupa provides a veritable feast of technology at your fingertips including cable TV, Wi-Fi, laptop and much more.
Trips to Morocco inspired the simple but stunning interiors. The villa's walls are lime-washed, tinted with natural pigments from India and Africa. Moroccan mirrors and a Berber dish feature camel-bone inlays stained with henna. A kitchen wall showcases a hand-painted antique pharmacy shelf, and the draperies in each room were hand woven in Morocco from silk and wool and dyed with natural pigments to match each room's wall color. Bed linens are luxurious 800-count. A few carefully chosen hand-painted Chinese pieces, original paintings and artistic accessories enhance Casa Lupa's fine dcor throughout. The kitchen is spacious with all modern conveniences as youd expect from a quality vacation villa.
Across the courtyard terrace is Casa Lupa's second pavilion, where a patio covered with a pergola roof provides access via screened French doors to two air-conditioned, main-level suites. Adjacent is the green twin-bed bedroom/bath suite, decorated with colorful Guatemalan masks and a Moroccan dowry chest. A staircase leads down from this level past a flowering garden of vivid bougainvillea to Casa Lupa's fourth suite, a totally private haven away from it all, with a small sitting area and en-suite bath. There are four bedrooms in all, sleeping a maximum of eight guests. Theres a weekly maid service included and children over 10 years old are welcome.
Brand new and ready to greet privileged guests, Casa Lupa is just a very short drive to Magens Bay Beach, five minutes to Mahogany Run Golf Course, and about 10 to 15 minutes from Charlotte Amalie. Very highly recommended.

I could get used to a view like I had every day from the patio of Casa Lupa. It was a beautiful house. It was our chance to live a fantasy life, if only for one short week. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the main house was well appointed, with a gourmet kitchen that we put to full use. Our favorite part of the house was the beautiful patio and pool. We ate many of our meals looking out over gorgeous Megens Bay and enjoyed lounging around the pool daily. The grounds around the villa were filled with flowers and greenery. It is an amazing house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on beautiful St Thomas.
The villa was beautiful with a stunning view of Magen's Bay! We loved getting up in the morning, sitting outside and enjoying the tranquility of the view. When we returned in the afternoon we found ourselves on the deck again. The house was amazing and had everything we needed plus more! The staff was helpful & friendly too! We would definitely stay here again!
The trip started off on a bad note when the car we specifically requested and was confirmed, was not available when we arrived-causing me to have to constantly call back and hound them for a car the next afternoon, which I had to drive to the airport to get.
On top of that, the greeter was a pleasant enough gentleman, just not that familiar with the house. WE HAD NO HOT WATER UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING, when a third guy came around and merely flipped the breakers to get the heater going. Not a process I needed to manage on my vacation at a "LuxuryRetreat". In addition the complex AV/Cable systems partially worked and nobody took us through it we had to figure it out ourselves. The place has an amazing view and design, but the beds were essentially futon like mattresses with one thin blanket and minimum pillows. Last years experience and property set a very high bar, but this is not something I would recommend to somebody. The alarm system went off and the greeter needed to track som
Casa Lupa was very beautiful and well appointed. The services of Luxury Retreats and their affiliates in St. Thomas were excellent! It was absolutely awesome to have a 24 hour concierge available by phone!
Casa Lupa was beautiful. The home itself was in good condition and met all of our family's needs. The view was spectacular! The kitchen was well equipped for those who love to cook and the great room was perfect for family movie night. The outdoor table on the porch was the place to be at breakfast and the pool was fantastic at all hours of the day. There were some light maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately so no complaints there.
The villa was absolutely gorgeous and the service from Luxury Retreats outstanding. Absoutely everything was in order in our villa and we really appreciated the extras such as the airport greeter. Beach towels and chairs at the ready were among the little extras that made a difference.
