This allows more room to stretch out and enjoy the serene wooded park- like setting and lake views. For your vewing pleasure, enjoy a big TV with satellite upgrades.   • The bedrooms are one of my favorite features of this lake house. Imagine waking up to the sounds of nature and to the beauty that surround you right from your room and deck. Enjoy your cup of coffee or share a special bottle of wine, either way this feature is truly an added bonus. The Master bedroom has satellite TV, private bath , walk in closet and chaise lounge for added comfort. Perfect place for that perfect book. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for added comofort. Bedroom 3 also has a queen bed for added comfort. It's the perfect guest room.

Notes: Sleepy Hollow is very clean, comfortable, family and pet friendly. For added comfort we provide you with the following extra items; big TV with satellite offering movie and music channels, first aid kit, flashlight, food storage containers, blankets, coffee maker, basic pantry items, disinfectant cleaner, teapot and a few indoor/out door games. We are on well and septic which may cause slight changes in water color. Water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water systems are provided. Wi-Fi is being updated at this time. Air cards are recommend. Lake levels vary swimming shoes helpful. Our property offers outside storage for all the out door activity items you have planned. We are a family oriented rental. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Sleepy Hollow. The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room to stretch our legs and enjoy the outdoors. It was perfectly located away from any noise but close enough to make a quick trip to town for restocking the fridge and adult beverages. Being so close to the lake was a huge benefit as well. We were able to have our own space as our end of the lake was not as populated. Thank you so much Teresa for all the things you did to make our trip special. We really enjoyed the fellowship with you and your Mom and we can't wait to come back. Our highlights were definitely the fire pit and just being able to hang out with our family. I highly recommend Sleepy Hollow if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway.

We look forward to our next trip to frequent the Gnarly Gar.....and you have to come with us Teresa!!

Excellent home!

We had a great time! The house was very clean and spacious! The renter was so sweet and very accommodating! We brought our boat and the kids bikes and there was plenty of room for parking and bike riding on the property. Although you can see the lake from the property, there is no access to it. That was the only downfall, but it was only a 3 mile drive down to the lake for swimming. The lake is still low as well so bring a 4x4 to get your boat in and out of the water! Thank you for everything Teresa!!

I think you could write a travel guide of all the places to go and eat. Perhaps next time Arkansas Bend park would be a good place to try. It is only 1 mile from the home. We rented this house to celebrate my brother coming home from Afghanistan and his birthday. Teresa was amazing and corresponded with me to help set everything up to surprise him. She had a birthday cake and his favorite beer waiting for him. She even remembered the that I was getting married a few weeks after our stay and left a wedding gift for me and my fiance. We had a great time and the amenities will keep everyone entertained for days! We will definitely be back! Thanks Teresa, our family loves the house and enjoyed getting to meet you as well!

Nice weekend getaway

A great place for a long weekend getaway! My husband and I have been looking for a house on the lake that welcomed pets for awhile and stumbled on this one. The house is clean and comfortable and the owner added a few touches to make us feel welcomed. She even left some treats for our dog which she gobbled up as soon as she found them! We were able to relax in seclusion and not be bothered by anyone. We will keep this house in mind the next time we want to "get away from it all"!

The property was perfect. We saw tons of deer and had a great time out on the lake. The owners even left us cake and a customized bottle of wine for my birthday which was an amazing touch. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs to get away and I hope to be back soon.
