Beautiful newly renovated 5 bedroom home with 3 Full Baths! Open Floor Plan. New kitchen with granite countertops and 9 ft. island. Great Family Home! Relax on the screened porch after a day of boating, antiqueing, crabbing, or just a day of fun! Rock on the front porch while reading a book as the gentle breezes from the river a block away take away all cares. If it happens to sprinkle as you get groceries or baggage from the car - no worries - the carport has you covered! Great area also for the kids to play! Large back yard. Sports fan? Enjoy the latest on the HD 52' TV while you cook your burgers on the charcoal grill! What a life!

My family and I love Urbanna! I have been coming here since I was a small child with my parents. We all love the quaint village of Urbanna, the people, and the beautiful boating environment! There is so much history here and what can I say about the famous Oyster Festival!!! Good food, fun, and entertainment. As I enter Urbanna, all cares get dropped off on the other side of the bridge and it is always fresh, adventurous, good food and fun! There always seems to be a festival or something fun to do. I love to walk my dog, speak to the friendly residents, stop in the local coffee shop and just enjoy the beauty!
