Master bedroom contains a queen bed, balcony, built-in robe with TV and en suite. Bedroom 2 contains a double bed and built-in robe, while bedroom 3 has two single beds. Two foldout mattresses are available. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

We had a lovely stay at Amberwood even though it was noisy this time of year (New Year's Eve). That said, you cannot expect to be so close to the action and not get a little noise. It is a great house! Air conditioning was used on one occasion only as there was a lovely breeze most nights. The spa bath was a lovely end to a sunny and sandy beach day. It was great being able to walk to Terrigal Beach and shops without having to get into the car. The beds were comfortable and twice we had a BBQ and used the outside table with some family and friends. A larger dining table inside would have been ideal as the bench and high stools in the main room were really practical when playing family games around the table at night. I especially liked the kitchen which was very functional and also had sharp knives and every utensil one could wish for which is often not the case in holiday rentals. The townhouse was clean upon arrival.
