House: 2 suites with a double bed and two bunk beds each. Living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, LCD TV 40 ', Sky Free, DVD, video game and karaoke, independent bathroom. Balcony with hammock overlooking woods. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and stove, closet, table with six chairs in solid wood, sink with cupboard and drawers and utensils for 20 people. Service area with two tank and wood stove. Shed: 180 m2 with seating for forty people, bullock cart for arrangement of food, granite counter, 3 toilets, ping-pong and lots of space. Swimming with 2 changing rooms / toilets, lawn for recreational practices. Parking for 30 cars. Trails and space to camp in tents. Exuberance of the Atlantic with several species of fauna and flora. Best served by roads (Anhanguera, Bandeirantes, D. Pedro I, Fernão Dias and Beltway), 70 km from São Paulo. Weeks purposes and Seasons.
