Enjoy a bit of 'Old Florida', relaxing on the seawall of Lake Butler, part of the pristine, Butler Chain of Lakes. Your view is unsurpassed, as it is on a 'point' of the lake, framed by two docks. The two story, wooden home is spacious, with a common living area and kitchen, ringed by windows, to showcase the Florida sunrise. Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and its own bath and a smaller room with a twin bed and bath. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king-size bed, which shares a bath with another bedroom that has a queen-size bed.

You can enjoy the lake or choose to spend your day at Disney World, Universal or Sea World. There is shopping in Orlando and local communities, such as the charming, historic town of Winter Garden. Daytona Beach and the space coast are just a short drive away.

Wonderful Lake Front Vacation

This is an out of the way home but close to all Orlando attractions. We shared this one week rental with our daughter, her husband and our grandson. What a wonderful place to introduce our grandson to lake front living. The house is homey in the best way. If you like watching birds, being in and on clean lake water and viewing theme park fireworks across the lake, you will enjoy this place. Bring your boat if you can. It will be worth the effort.

Comfortable/Relaxing

We spent 10 delightful days at this Lake House with our four adult children. It was so comfortable and family friendly. The property description was accurate with everything one would possibly need supplied plus many extras. All the furniture inside and out is plentiful and most comfortable. The house and yard were clean and well kept. The views are beautiful and each sunrise over the lake was always a picture. The quiet and serenity of the location on the lake gave one a sense of privacy and was most relaxing. Loved watching the nightly fireworks from Universal and Disney World. If we ever venture to Florida again, we will definitely see if the Lake House is available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had character and beautiful views across the lake which was just meters from the house. The house was well presented, clean and homely and the owner welcoming and friendly. Key features were the serenity and privacy of the location and the feeling that were were staying in a family home.

Great Time Coming Back

What a great time we had at this old florida style house. The views from this corner lot are amazing.Found the place to be very clean and spacious. The owners and neighbors are very nice and welcoming. Already making plans to come back next year. If your looking for a nice place to stay and mellow out this is the place.

We came here for a girls' weekend to escape the Virginia cold weather. What a wonderful place!! The owners were beyond helpful, and the house was spacious and inviting. I felt as though we had stepped back into old Florida. The house was well kept and locally situated to all Disney attractions. What a serene and relaxing time! Our favorite part of the trip was having drinks on the dock overlooking the water and seeing the Disney fireworks.
