Perfect

Lovely, clean, bright and spacious condo. Loved the large beautiful heated pool. Complex is quiet, people are very friendly and it is well maintained.
Rich, the owner, was very attentive and responded quickly to any of our enquiries. Our three months stay went too quickly and will always be remembered as a very positive experience. Would highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous, relaxing condo

What a wonderful condo! Very bright, spacious floor plan. It was so peaceful sitting on the lanai overlooking a nature preserve. Great pool/hot tubs. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The owner (Rich) was very attentive and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo and would love to stay here again.

Immaculate, close to everything

Owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. Location worked for us, close to restaurants, supermarkets and malls.bike paths surround the grounds. Very quiet and safe area. Would rent again, and again. Beach theme decorations and new furniture is always a plus.

Paradise revisited.

This was our second visit to paradise. We enjoyed the area and our accommodations where so great we couldn't resist returning. The condo is a quiet & peaceful retreat. It felt like home away from home completely decorated with a beach theme. It is clean and brightly furnished. You will want for nothing during your stay. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. The pool area is the best we have encountered in a long time. It is centrally located and easy to find. The owners have been a dream to work with helping us in anyway possible to make our stay comfortable and worry free. If we hadn't decided to move there, we certainly would make this our yearly go to place. My husband and I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to get away and have a paradise feel to your vacation.

This condo is a real beauty. Very bright, very clean, very complete and I had the impression as if anything was totally new her. The owner was helpful and kind and so were the neighbors. Really couldn't think of anything negative here.

Location, Quality, Price!

As seasoned travelers, we have visited Florida (3 times), Hawaii (over 15), Mexico (6), and at least six Caribbean countries, usually staying in condos. Seldom, if ever, have we found one as nice at this one. From the moment we entered until the last day of our two-week stay in April we were totally comfortable. Entrance to both the complex and the unit was a breeze, and so was setting up an internet connection. There were no surprises, as the condo features were exactly as described and pictured on the website.
We found the unit exceptionally clean with all the appliances, dinnerware and utensils anyone could possibly need or use. And, miracle of miracles, non-stick cookware that still had its Teflon coating intact! The unit is extremely private and quiet – not just from road noise, but due to its solid construction, we weren’t even aware of neighbors, neither above nor next to us.
One week into our stay, Rich phoned us to find out if everything was going well for us – not just in the condo, but with our trip as well, which to me showing a commendable interest in our experience.
On our previous visits here, we stayed on Sanibel Island, and although our condos there were right on the beach, they were at least 75% more expensive, much older, and not nearly as large or nice as this one. For us, the quality, cost and location of this condo made it a FAR better choice than renting on Sanibel.
