Plenty of fun pool toys and pool loungers are provided for guests enjoyment. Waterfall next to pool in separate shaded sitting area. Pool side, guests can relax on one of the gravity chair loungers.

This is an amazing house with every aminity that you could possibly ask for. Ten of us lived in the house and everyone had their own space. Our 4 grandkids loved the house, the pool, and the fact that they could play soccer in the park across the street. We had a party for thirty people one night - the caterer had room to set up, and there was ample space for eating and sitting both inside and out. Sandi and Mike are very helpful and sweet. It was so perfect, that we are reserving it again for 2014.

Very nice property, everthing worked (BONUS) home is very well stocked with all essentials. Owner Dave and property manager Sandi are very acomadating. Quiet neighbourhood, with a great back yard for ALL ages to enjoy.

Dave's house is amazing. We were blown away from the minute we pulled up to the house. The fountain, the master bedroom, the kitchen -- everything is amazing. And the place is HUGE! We were two families and we all had our own space.

The best part of the house though is the backyard. It is absolutely amazing, the photos don't do it justice. We rarely left the house, it was so beautiful but when we did, groceries, restaurants, etc. were just minutes away.

Dave was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of before the trip, and his property manager was there to welcome us with a basket of goodies and show us around the house as well as answer any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

We will come back again and again!!

Fabulbous family Christmas!!

Our family enjoyed a PERFECT Holiday season in this lovely home. Truly as if we were in our own personal resort
The agent Sandi was wonderfully accommodating of our special requests and greeted us with a lovley basket of goodies to begin our vacation .
Our three small children loved the wide ledge for wading in the beautiful pool, as well as the playground across the private dead end cul de sac.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood which we greatly appreciated.
The memories we created will be treasured by our family for years to come.

S'mores at the outside fireplace, cozy story times in front of the indoor fireplace,family game night around the huge dining table , which comfortably accommodated all of us.

It could not have been more perfect, with plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

My family was overwhelmed with your lovely home and spectacular yard and pool area. Truly an oasis and very serene. The furnishings are high end and the beds comfortable. It must be seen to be truly appreciated. It was hard to leave and we have deemed it to be our best vacation yet. Mike and Sandi were lovely and very helpful; from showing us the property, suggestions on where to shop, where to eat and what to see. Chandler has everything you need close by. Not too busy or overcrowded. (Check out the Chandler Fashion Center!) It was nice that brochures were provided detailing local attractions etc. It was a 4 hour drive to the Grand Canyon and 2 hours to Sedona.
A must for us was Betty's Palettas (Mexican Popsicles) in Phoenix. Well worth the drive.
We definitely want to make this a vacation destination and are hoping to visit again soon.
