Our home is your home. We have boys so we have furnished our condo to satisfy them and us too. Our condo is very large and roomy so the perfect place for your family to spread out, relax, watch movies ( we keep a wide selection of DVDs in the condo for our guests to use and enjoy) or sports on the new 42' HD TV in the great room, get online with our wireless internet (bring your own laptop), play video games (bring your own game system and hook it up to the large TVs in the 2nd floor loft or bedroom #3), play some fun board games (we keep a wide selection of the most popular board games in the condo for our guest to use and enjoy), relax on one of the two private decks, take a long soak in the whirlpool bath, or cook up an amazing meal in our fully equipped kitchen. Located at Seven Springs Resort at the top of the ski slopes in The Villages, our condo is right there to take advantage of all the Seven Springs resort activities. For ski season we are able to ski in/ski out - no need to take the shuttle to the main ski lodge and no need to drive from off site and deal with the crowded hassle of parking and more shuttles. Great for families, adult (age 25+) groups, as well as a romantic get-a-way for just the 2 of you. Our condo is modern, furnished with comfort in mind, spacious, and equipped with every modern amenity you would want. You will not find a better priced, better located, and better equipped condo.
Very Large & Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom family friendly Seven Springs condo located in The Villages at the top of the ski slopes. Two large family rooms with plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. Watch one of the 5 cable equipped TVs inlcuding the 42' high definition flat panel TV in the main great room equipped with HD cable and DVD home theater systems. Bring your lap top and surf the internet on the free high speed wireless. Play one of the board games we keep for 'kids' young and old. Have an amazingly relaxed and fun vacation in our home away from home.
Gas Fireplace: Many of the condos at Seven Springs have wood burning fireplaces that rental guests are not allowed to use for safety and cleaning reasons. We have just had our fireplace converted from wood burning to gas. Starting in September 2011 all of our guests will be able to flip a switch and have an instant fire.
LOW RENTAL RATES!!!!!! Our rates are approximately 20% to 50% lower than the rates charged by Seven Springs for 3 bedroom condos in The Villages and are among the lowest of all Seven Spring Villages condos listed on VRBO. Discount off Seven Springs rates for this same unit depend on date selected.
We love to cook so we have fully equipped the kitchen for you to cook up all sorts of great meals.
Our condo comes with linens, pillows, blankets and towels.
Kitchen Supplies: While most condos you rent will have nothing in the way of kitchen supplies, we believe in providing the basiscs for our guests. We keep the kitchen stocked with: paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, dish cloths, various cleaning supplies, spices, coffee, coffee filters, sweeteners (sugar, splenda), creamer, paper plates, foil (large and small), plastic wrap, special cooking spray for the gas grill. Small appliances include: coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, electric griddle, stand mixer, hand mixer, electric knife, food processor, blender, food/rice steamer, DustBuster.
Bathroom Supplies: While most condos you rent will have nothing in the way of bathroom supplies, we believe in providing the basics for our guests. We keep the 3 bathrooms stocked with: toilet paper, small paper bathroom cups, hand soap, large bottle of shampoo, large bottle of body wash.
Laundry Supplies: In addition to the washer/dryer, you will find a large box of laundry detergent for your use, plus an iron and ironing board.
Other Misc But Important Supplies/Items We Keep On Hand: While other Seven Springs condos may not supply these items for their guests, we do: first aid kit; free wireless internet in our unit (secured so just you can use the signal); large selection of DVD movies; large selection of the most popular board games; gas grill on the deck; extra blankets in the closets so you can bundle up.
The main floor is comprised of the entry foyer, great room (huge living/dining/kitchen area), master bedroom #1 with a private bath, bedroom #3 with two sets of bunk beds, bathroom #3, and two decks overlooking the mountain and ski trails (both decks are equiped with deck furniture). The second floor is comprised of the loft family room, master bedroom #2 with a private bath equiped with a whirlpool bath. The large sectional sofa in the first floor great room has a fold out queen sleeper bed and the sofa in the 2nd floor loft has a fold out queen sleeper bed.. Equipped to sleep 12.
Beautifully decorated throughout. Entire condo unit was just painted in early August 2011. Ideal for a short or long vacation during ski or non-ski season. For ski season there is a private locked ski locker on the front porch.
Laundry facilities including washer, dryer and iron/ironing board.
