Why Greg chose Paddington
Located just 1.5 kilometers from Sydney Central Business District, this Paddington terrace is typical of the characteristic victorian architecture that this bustling, cosmopolitan suburb is renowned for. Rushcutters Bay park and Centennial Park are popular landmarks and beautiful places to walk/run/hire a bike. Five ways is located in the back streets of Paddington just minutes away and is always popular with local residents and tourists because of its range of Cafes and bars.
Oxford street has a plethora of boutique and chain fashion stores and in fact many visitors to Paddington come solely for the experience of shopping on Oxford Street. There is also a famous open-air market every Saturday on Oxford street in the grounds of the heritage listed Uniting Church. Darlinghurst and Kings Cross are accessible by foot and the world famous beaches - Bondi & Bronte are only a short bus ride away.
