Wonderful Historic Home with room for large family

This historic home provided a perfect place for our family to stay and celebrate Christmas. It had plenty of entertaining space and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the unique furnishings and the historical aspects of this home. The owners were very helpful. This home had all the amenities needed for entertaining large groups. Our family from Santa Fe and Albuquerque loved visiting us here. The outdoor areas were just as wonderful. This home is a true Corrales gem.

We stayed in this wonderful property during the Hot Air Balloon Festival. It easily accommodated our group of 7 adults, each bedroom was beautifully decorated with it's own private bath. There are 4 "living areas" enough space for everyone to have their privacy if needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub faces the mountains and has a wonderful view. We were so excited to wake up our first morning and see balloons flying over the house. At the end of the driveway is a wonderful church with an art exhibit of local artists, an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our first stay at this property and it exceeded all of our expectations. We were in town for a memorial service and college graduation and we were able to sleep 8 people very comfortably. Would highly recommend for any type of family gathering etc. Any questions or concerns we had were handled by the property's manager quickly and effectively.

Corrales, voted by Money Magazine to be one of America's top 25 small towns, is a small, treasured oasis located near a fast-growing metropolitan area. The village is bordered on the east by the Rio Grande and, across the river, by the Sandia Indian Reservation. To the south is the City of Albuquerque, to the west and north is the City of Rio Rancho. The greater metropolitan area numbers over a half million people, but Corrales, about 7300 in population, retains a rural lifestyle. Photographers and artists come to Corrales for magnificent views of ancient cottonwoods, the many examples of adobe Pueblo architecture both old and new, for the gardens, irrigation acequias and family farms, and for the constantly changing play of the New Mexico light. It is a peaceful place, with interesting shops, wineries, world-class restaurants and wonderful, creative people, unique festivals, endless sports and outdoors activities, and extensive wildlife.
