Very centrally located -15 minutes will take you to Hollywood, Beaches, Beverly Hills, Westwood UCLA, Downtown, Santa Monica, and 4 minutes to Culver City. This one-level home has recently been lovingly renovated with comfortable, high-quality, decorator furnishings.The room have gorgeous hardwood furniture and hardwood floor. The 1 bedroom features a new comfortable mattress. It is spacious and very clean. Light and bright. Just outside is a large private patio, which includes BBQ . Also one Parking space. This home is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood -- in the very heart of Los Angeles - quick and easy freeway access. Near it all! Approximately 25 minutes to LAX. It has high Speed WiFi and 42' smart flat televion. It can comfortably sleep 4 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a large 'L' sofa bed in the living room that converts to a full-sized mattress. Parking space included.

VERY NICE AND COZY!

We came to LA from WI for a just a weekend getaway and rented two of the 3 apartments. Each one has it's own privacy and patio area which is very nice. The homes were both very nice and clean and comfortable. It is centrally located so if you are going to be a tourist it is great! The Owner Rudy was awesome. Very nice man and was so available for any questions or concerns and so willing to accommodate. I definitely would rent this place(s) again if I return to LA!!!

QUITE, AND PRIVATE, CONVENIENT AND COZY.

A quite and private, convenient and cozy guest house is what awaits you. It had all the kitchen amenities that you would need. The home was very clean. The bedroom very cozy and the bed comfy.
The owner came by during half of the stay to say hello and see if there was anything we needed. We enjoyed not being bothered.
The location is perfect for those that want to see all of the area. It seemed everything was only about a ten minute drive away.
Appreciated the secure parking area and garage.
We would stay here again. This is a recommended stay for sure.

EXCELLENT!

We came to California for holidays from Europe and had a great time. The location is excellent as it's close to all the major LA attractions. The house is in the back, away from the street and exactly as pictured. Actually, not pictured is another storage area in the house where we were able to keep our luggage. The photos actually don't do justice to the patio, as it's sunny throughout the day, with hummingbirds flying around and squirrels running along the power lines. We were there with our kid and he was able to play in the yard safe and away from the street. The house is nicely furnished, the bed is excellent, as well as the sofa in the living room. Kitchen was very well appointed, we even had sugar, coffee, salt, butter and water in the fridge waiting for us. Bathroom is small but functional, and functional enough for a short stay. The whole house is clean and being there with the kid that was important for us. Linen are provided, as well as towels, while the kitchen also has whatever you need for cooking. There was also a large heater for the living room, but we didn't need to use it as it was already hot enough at this time of year.

The owner Rudy was great in communicating with us since the day we first expressed interest in making the reservation. We received all the info about the garage remote waiting for us and the key code for the house prior to arriving. Everything was there and waiting for us when we arrived. Rudy came around after our arrival to check if everything is okay and asked if we needed any help.

The street offers only limited parking, so it was great to be able to use the garage and knowing you don't have to look for a parking spot all the time.

The TV is almost brand new and there is cable service with all the channels you want, as well as free wi-fi which works outside on the patio as well, which was great.

For anyone coming to LA for holidays and sightseeing we would really recommend Rudy's place. We've really enjoyed it and hope to come back in the future again.
