This charming Block Island home is located a short walk from town and the ferry, across from the 1661 Inn and three houses down from the Spring House Hotel. A quiet location close to town with beautiful ocean views. The main town beach is about 1 1/4 mile from the house.

Downstairs, the house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath and laundry room. There is also a small bedroom with a twin bed plus another matress. On the second floor there are four bedrooms and a full bath. The second floor bedrooms include 1 king,1 queen,1 queen, and 2 twin beds. Garbage and recycling cans are provided. They are taken to the transfer station by the owners every Sunday. With lots of windows and 9 foot ceilings, it has good circulation and an open feeling. Outside are two large decks with tables and chairs with an ocean view. We also have an outside shower. The home has been renovated and is heated. We rent from Sun to Sun. We have internet service. You must bring your own bed linens and towels. Block Island linens rents them if you wish.
