The delightful villa with the apartment stands in a private garden of 2.300 square meters. The luxury home offers a charming mixture of antique character with high ceilings and spacious floor plans with all modern comfort. In this Austrian rural residence, the apartment floor plan is designed not only to accommodate your lifestyle but to elevate all your sense of well being and soothe your mind. The nice estate is situated in a quiet and sunny surrounding which is composed of forest, agricultural used areas and the historical roman church of St. Peter. It is the ideal place to relax. The area offers a lot of activities around the year. You also find a choice of different first class restaurants ('Zum Bären' in a distance of 7 km, 'Schloß Farrach' and 'Forellenhof Gursch' in a distance of 20 km. You find a bank, the doctor and shops in a distance of 1 km. You can make sightseeing in historical cities are for example Wolfsberg and Judenburg in a distance of 20 km, Graz and Klagenfurt are 80 km far away and Salzburg and Vienna are 200 km far away.
