This spacious condo is in a great location-- close to Kissimmee, Disney, Cape Canaveral and several space/flight museums and an hour from each beautiful Florida coast! The resort includes many family activities such as a lazy river, waterslide and movie nights. There is a sports bar, restaurant, salon/spa, fitness club. Tennis is free and golf is at reduced member rates for your economic convenience. Please enjoy your stay and vacation!

Just Perfect !

We stayed at this location during the holiday break and it was just great. The house is very clean and big enough to accommodate us with our 4 children. We really enjoyed the short distance to Disney and also the grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. Erica answered all our questions and made the rental process very simple. We recommend this house to residents outside the U.S.

Nous avons séjourné à cette maison lors des vacances de Noël 2012-13 et c'était tout simplement génial. La maison est très propre et bien assez grande pour nous accueillir avec nos 4 enfants. Ça ne prend que 15 à 20 minutes pour se rendre à n'importe quel parc de Disney et il y a une pharmacie et une épicerie à quelques minutes de marche. Erica a répondu à toutes nos questions et a rendu le processus de location très simple. Nous recommandons définitivement cette maison aux résidents du Québec et du Canada.

Great Getaway Location

I stayed at this location for a week (April 26-May 3, 2011)with my daughter and a friend. The rates were great, the description of the property is perfect and Erica was wonderful to work with in setting up the reservation. She really made the whole process simple. The staff at the resort were all very friendly and the resort was kept clean. We really enjoyed that the pool was not right outside our door, but only a short distance to walk - maybe 5 min. We will definately return to this location when we go back!

Great Place to stay and close to Disney!

This is a really nice condo, brand new with plenty of room and a full kitchen if you want to cook or snack. There's also a huge pool complex and exercise room on the property. It's just far enough out to be away from the traffic and in a quiet area AND at a much more reasonable price! It really is an easy 15-minute drive to get to the big brand name amusement parks when you want to be there, and a wonderful place to chill out between those long days in the hot sun. Very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it! Can't beat the value!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
