Luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home on a 1/2 acre wooded lot. This Lake Harmony Estates location is a beautiful new home, with an out door wrap around deck, which includes a 6 person hot tub,outdoor bar set and table set and gas grill. The king size master bedroom features a marble steam shower and 46' flat screen tv. The main level features a full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and modern appliances. Kitchen looks out to our great room with large dining and living area with 46' flat screen tv and a wood burning fireplace. The house has cable and wireless. At the entry level are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed with a full size on bottom bunk and the other with two sets of bunk beds (and a pull out bed). There is a game area with a combination ping pong and pool table, 46 inch flat screen TV,gas fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa. The house is a 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake, which also has volley ball. Tennis court access is included.Split Rock Lodge is only a mile away which features a water park, movie theater, bowling alley and a marina where they rent kayaks.

My wife and I purchased this dream house in 2011 and are renting it out to those that want a the luxury of a new house in a wooded setting, with beautiful views of the mountains.

You will not find a nice place to relax and enjoy the Poconos. You can relax in the hot tub or steam shower, or play pool or ping pong with your family and friends. Or just sit by either the wood burning or gas fireplace and relax after a day of skiing, snowboarding or tubing, or golf, skirmish or rafting in the warmer weather.

Loacated a mile from Split Rock Lodge and Galleria, which has large indoor water park, bowling, arcade, and more. Big Boulder and Jack Frost are each 2 to 3 miles away. Perfect for skiing or golfing. Enjoy the beach on the lake, which is a 1o minute walk from the house. Tennis court use included in rental as well. There is skirmish and white water rafting within 15 minutes, as well as nightlife at the casinos.
