Mid Century Modern Home, private backyard and pool, spectacular mountain vistas

My friends and I recently stayed the weekend at this adorable, well-decorated, and well cared for property and had a fabulous time! The owner and property manager were both easily accessible and helpful. The house is decorated in a welcoming, colorful modern/retro style. All the furniture was comfortable. The backyard, including pool and hottub are perfectly maintained; we found ourselves wanting to spend most of the time poolside! Would definitely recommend!

We rented this house for the weekend (Fri to Sun) and had a GREAT experience. The property manager Terry met us, opened the house, explained everything very well and was at our disposal if there were any questions. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. The property itself is pristine and has all the amenities (Cable TV in the bedrooms with all the channels, FAST internet connection, all appliances you need and a nice touch was the labelled light switches/drawers/closets, etc that an AR person like me thrives on) that you need. The pool and jacuzzi were immaculately clean, both the perfect temperature, and everything you need/want to do in downtown Palm Springs is a short walk away. I'd definitely rent this property again.

I rented this house with six other girlfriends for two nights for a mini spring break getaway (we are in our late 20s). The house was fabulously decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. Both the owner and the manager were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Awesome location near the main part of PS as well as several grocery stores, etc. Deposit was returned promptly after our stay. I highly recommend this property.
