Enjoy the breeze off Lake Michigan and views from several OUTDOOR DECKS and balconies! Walk to BEACH, MARINA or TOWN...truly just steps to several of the best RESTAURANTS and SHOPS in the area! Enjoy a refreshing SWIM in the heated association POOL or warm up in the jetted HOT TUB!

This newer townhome has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, including a master suite with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third kids bedroom with a bunk bed that can sleep up to 3 kids. The family room with 46'' HDTV/DVD is adjacent to the main dining area and full eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances. A Weber gas grill is always ready to go on the large deck right off the family room.

There are plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy your meals, morning coffee or favorite beverage, read a book or simply relax and enjoy the scenery!

About Dan Buie

Although we currently live in the Chicago area, we both grew up near the beach in Southern California. We have three girls, twins 13 years old and a 12 year old. Our family loves spending time outdoors, especially near the water. When we first discovered New Buffalo we fell in love with the area because it reminded us so much of beach towns back home, only less hectic and more low key. Our family now spends most of our free time at our New Buffalo 'Beach House'!

With it's wide sandy beach and large boat marina, New Buffalo is the crown jewel of 'Harbor Country' in Southwest Michigan. It's less than an hour and a half from our primary home in the western suburbs of Chicago, yet feels like we're so much further away.

We really enjoy being able to walk to everything...beach, pool, marina, restaurants, shops and so much more. In fact, quite often once we arrive and park the car it's not driven again until we leave!

Great vacation home

This was a fantastic place to rent for vacation. The owners were great to work with. The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained with new finishings. The living area was large which made a nice place for our group to sit together and play games. We loved the multiple balconies and the rooftop terrace, wish the weather would have been nicer so we could have enjoyed them more, but what can we expect in April:) The location was great, right in downtown New Buffalo and you were able to see the lake from the rooftop which was a nice benefit. We would recommend this place to anyone and we hope to be able to come stay here again in the summer months. Thanks for letting us stay!!

Fabulous stay to welcome in New Year

We had a wonderful time with family and friends in our second visit to this beautiful townhouse. This rental had all the comforts of home and then some. We found everything we needed to cook wonderful meals. The fireplace made everything cozy.

Wonderful Girls Weekend!

We had a wonderful fall girls weekend, thank you so much. The townhouse location in New Buffalo was perfect, walking distance to everything. But we must say that the townhouse in itself was wonderful, clean, and comfortable. The fireplace was great, especially on a chilly, rainy evening. We put on our pj's and sat around drinking our wine!

Would definately come back in the summertime too!

Family Week at Lake Michigan

Our second year in a row was again a great week. Grandkids (and adults) loved the beach and the easily accessible pool. Perfect location right in the heart of New Buffalo. This year, my Wife and I enjoyed riding the bikes around and exploring the side streets of the town. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook at home when we felt like it. Could easily have stayed another week!
