This large 390 square foot studio, was primarily designed as a guest accommodation to the main house. It's fully-equipped tile kitchen and bath will delight you. The studio sports 10 foot high ceilings and large, panoramic ocean views from both the huge 3' x 6' kitchen window and from the 6'x 7' sliding glass patio doors. Its queen-size 'wall bed' folds away during the day to optimize space. Although the unit has a room air conditioner, most people prefer to leave the sliding glass doors open and fall asleep listening to the tranquil surf sounds.

Choose the perfect setting for your morning breakfast of tropical fruit. Just outside your door is a tile lanai or a few steps down is your own private sun deck, complete with lounge chairs and table. A hillside of tropical plants, ponds, waterfall and ocean sounds await you.

The owners and live in the main house. Must love cats! This is a multiple cat household they are outdoor cats and never allowed into the guest house. There is convenient driveway parking for your rental car with your own private gated entrance, this studio has it all...Great views and beach front too. So we have added several photos of the turtles and monk seals that frequent the beach inf front of our house. NOAA officials have named that monk seal 'Cookie' because of the 'cookie cutter shaped scar on her back, 'Honeygirl' also likes to spend time sunning right in front of the house. We also show several photos of the views from the rental, as well as some nearby attractions.
