Wrap around balconies and an enormous picture window enhance your experience of beautiful Zilker Park. The back entrance to Barton Springs Pool is literally just 379 steps away. You can see it from the balcony. Designed and remodeled in 2013 to capture the true essence of the park by bringing the outdoors in, this property offers a tranquil setting embodied by all natural materials including cedar ceilings, soft cork flooring, wood and limestone counters, and a solid granite kitchen sink. Bathrooms boast pristine white stucco with sparkling quartzite rock flooring. This unit is the upper floor of a duplex with street level entrance and carport. Style, comfort and elegance with perfect location

We were blown away at how beautiful and well appointed the property was. The style of the interior is both comfortable and elegant. The furnishing are modern but comfortable.

The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you could need for preparing meals or snacks. Plenty of pots and pans as well as very lovely dishes for serving. The appliances are new, high end appliances that reflect pride of ownership.

All three bedrooms are excellent, but the master-bedroom will blow you away. The master bath exudes style and is the type of bathroom you want in your own home. The mattresses in all 3 are very comfortable and the bedding was attractive and of good quality.

The location made it very easy to see the sites of Austin. We waked the river path to see the bat's on night, walked over to Barton Springs and the Austin Botanical Garden. Uber made quick trips to S. Congress even easier.

I cannot say enough about how nice the experience was. The property is impeccably clean, updated and well maintained. The layout was wonderful for families or a friend's get together. The ownership was responsive and wanted to make sure we had everything that we needed. Absolutely top notch in every way. This is a wonderful place to enjoy your time in Austin in luxury and comfort.

Beautiful home, great location

This three bed two bath home was a perfect place for our ladies getaway. It instantly became our "Austin Home". Everything looked as good as in the pictures if not better in person. All of the beds were insanely comfortable. We had anticipated drawing straws for the best bed; when we arrived the crisis was averted. Lisa was a great host, very responsive and helped us out whenever we needed anything. While not being downtown the location couldn't be better. We were in a quiet neighbourhood but could walk almost anywhere along the park trails. Zilker Park and Barton springs were across the street and a charming, fun strip of restaurants were a mere 5 minute walk away.

The only two things that we found lacking were a kettle to make tea, and a better internet connection. We could work around the former but the latter would benefit from an upgrade.

Comfortable, Stylish Decor

The updated decor is both unique and stylish. The owners were very responsive both during our initial rental queries and after we arrived as well. The location is superb with many hiking and bike trails right across the street. Truth be told, we did not spend a great deal of time in the condo as we were attending SXSW. However, it was quite pleasant to wake up in an tranquil home as a respite from the energy and chaos of the SXSW music scene. We did not really take advantage of the kitchen and dining facilities but they all look to be in great working order and I would envision that it would be a pleasant place to dine. There are several restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Chuy's, Shady Grove, Austin Java). Downtown Austin is very short taxi ride away and walking to 6th Street was a pleasant alternative (provided that the weather cooperates).

All in all, this is a great property with several worthy attractions within walking distance.

Serene and full of beautiful light

This rental was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeously decorated and updated. More beautiful than the pictures. The carport was a nice touch especially in the rain. Although it is a duplex it doesn't really feel like it as both renters have their own entrance... didn't phase us at all. We had our two little kids with us which was a bit hard with all the open shelving concept but with a little creativity we were able to make it safe. Perfect location right across from Zilker park with an entrance right across the street. 3 minutes to starbucks & Odd Duck (amazing gastropub). Such a great rental
