Great Spot for Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation to Yellowstone and Chico Hotsprings. The housing was perfect for all of us, plenty of room for my family of 5, my brother in law with his daughter and the grand parents. Very economical compared to other places around the area. Having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry was a huge plus- it saved us a ton of money by being able to program the stove to cook our meal while we were at the park. We would come "home" every night to a prepared meal- very convenient.
The location of the house was wonderful. Surrounded by mountains- it seemed every morning there were new animals in our front or back yard. We got plenty of photographs right off our back porch of sand hill cranes, elk, and deer.
The property was clean and well maintained, and the owner was very accommodating and helpful with scenic rout to the property.
Livingston, MT was just about 20 miles to the north, and Gardener, MT about 30 miles to the south (the Gardner entrance to Yellowstone is the home of the famous Yellowstone Gate- a must see). There is one restraunt just outside of Gardner that is a must. The Lighthouse has great food and service- while it was a little pricey for me (average $12- adult, $5 for kids) the food was wonderful.
Chico Hotsprings is less than 5 minutes away- offering a great, relaxing place to soak in their warm pool.
I would recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the area.
