Townhome, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

This is a townhome with a cabin style setting with over 1,237 sqft of living space in a beautiful part of Flagstaff within The Continental Country Club Community. There is plenty of parking and you only have to walk a few feet from your vehicle to the front door. It's single level so it's ideal for kids and senior citizens. There is a Hot Tub just outside the front door ready for your enjoyment (open all year long). Downtown Flagstaff is only 6 miles away.

There are three Flat Screen TV's in the unit, a 47' HDTV in the living room, 32' HDTV in master bedroom, and 32' HDTV in 2nd bedroom. There are DVD movies available to watch for free (over 30 DVD's). There are also table games and books for guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, toaster, utencils etc. There is also a computer in the living room connected to the internet.

Guest Membership Cards are available to guests that will give you access to 2 large pools, kids pool, miniature golf & more.

We bought this home in Flagstaff because of Flagstaff's cool weather and proximity to Phoenix (only 2 hours away). When the temperature in Phoenix is 112 degrees Flagstaff it's only around 80 degrees. The Continental Country Club Community is also one of the nicest and safest communities in Flagstaff. Flagstaff it's the closest largest town to The Grand Canyon, Beautiful Sedona, Meteor Crater, Painted Desert, Williams and only 5 miles to NAU and Downtown. Flagstaff also has a beautiful and historic downtown with lots to do and every type of restaurant within 6 miles.

At night: Gaze at the beatiful clear sky and the thousands of glistening stars while relaxing in the steaming hot tub just outside the front door.

In the daytime: Enjoy the hot tub while listening to birds singing, gentle sounds of wind blowing through the trees and the soothing quietness of the day.

Cozy, Clean little Cottage

My husband and I spent a week (Apr.13-20, 2013) at this little bungalow. It is perfect for four people -- so spacious and comfortable. We have a daughter who lives in Flagstaff so we spent our week seeing all the wonderful sights surrounding Flagstaff. So many historical things to see, good restaurants, and of course we didn't miss the opportunity to take the train up to the Grand Canyon. The little house is so well situated to do a total "tour" job on Sedona, Prescott and both the south and north rim of the Grand Canyon. We would highly recommend this home. It was clean and had wonderful mattresses to sleep on at night. The owners were so great to work with -- anything they could do to help us enjoy the area, the did directions to all the popular spots. Just like home!

My family of 4 stayed in this townhouse for a weekend in Nov. 2011 while visiting the Polar Express in Williams. As the previous reviewer stated, the outside of the townhouse does not do it justice and the interior is exactly as pictured. The townhouse was in a great location - quiet (no train noise!) with easy access to the interstate. It property was clean, well maintained, and had everything you needed to feel like you were at home. My children loved having their own room with a T.V. My husband and I enjoyed having a comfortable bed to sleep in and a living room to relax in after the kids were asleep. The owners were very helpful in arranging our visit. We will definitley stay here again when we visit Flagstaff.

Great location in Flagstaff

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in early June. The location to the freeway was great for traveling to Sedona and the South rim.
The location was quiet and we had a wonderfully relaxing time. The photo of the exterior doesn't do this property justice. The inside is just as the photos show. Very clean with a comfortable bed and living room furniture.
The HD TV is nice to watch after a long day of hiking the sights.
