This magnificent home is just four miles from Sunriver, Oregon. Located on 3/4 acre with an off shoot of the Deschutes River running in your back yard. Relax on one of the two decks by taking in the view and watching the geese and otters enjoying the summer day in the water. On the lower deck there is a six-seat Spa Master Hot Tub. Pack a picnic and sit back and enjoy a relaxing ride down the Deschutes River with kayaks that have been provided for your use. The boat launch is located just down the road with a park for your enjoyment.

This home has everything you will need for your stay. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful furnishings throughout the home and with three levels, privacy for everyone. The master bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful master bathroom with slate floors and a large walk-in shower. Also located in the master is extra large washer and dryers. The bonus room has two corner desks, 32” TV and two day beds that turn into four twins or two kings and with a half bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. The lower provided for your enjoyment is a 52” TV, Surround System, Blu-Ray and a Wii Enterainment System. No need to go to the gym, there is a Elliptical machine provided for your use.

Wood burning insert in the great room with plenty of wood provided, plus Radiant Floor Heating System which keeps a constant and even heating throughout the home. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Also provided are games, books, baby toys, high chair, baby gates and a pack and play for the little ones.

This home away from home is the perfect place for your vacation in Central Oregon.

Fabulous Place to Stay

We stayed there for a week and it was a perfect location. About twenty minutes from Bend and only five minutes from the shops and restaurants at Sunriver. I could not believe how nice the property was. This is a beautiful brand new house- not a rental. You can't go wrong with this place. We would sit and watch the geese and ducks on the water only 150 feet away at breakfast. A large deck also overlooked the lagoon. We launched our kayaks in the back yard and paddled around the island in about 45 minutes. Even saw a beaver on the river. VERY PRIVATE!!! It was magical! The wood floors, bathrooms, cabinets, and ammenities were well worth the money.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
