Contemporary large 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath Warm Springs duplex town home with spectacular views of Bald Mountain. Prime location near corner of Skiway Drive and Sage Road. Only 500 yard walk to base of Warm Springs chairlifts, or 50 yard walk to free shuttle bus to lifts or town.

This home takes advantage of the natural light on the south facing side of Warm Springs valley. It is incredibly light and bright, with cathedral ceilings and large windows with mountain views.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and top of the line appliances is open to both the living and dining areas- the perfect set up for entertaining and social gatherings. The open living area is spacious and surrounded by windows, filling the area with natural light and warmth. The comfortable sectional sofa is the perfect spot to relax in front of the huge flatscreen TV or head out to the deck and enjoy the fabulous mountain views from your private Hot Tub.

The bedrooms are all tastefully appointed with the two Guest rooms located on the main floor and the Master suite located upstairs ensuring privacy. The queen bedroom downstairs has a flat screen TV. The twin bedroom has access to the private hot tub in the backyard, and the twin beds can be bridged to create a king bed.
