Simple but wonderful home to vacation in!

We stayed at this lovely home for our Spring Break 2013. Natalie was very helpful when we had some questions and/or issues. The house was short on beach towels and on our doorstep a day later, there was a bag of them. The neighbors were friendly and helpful on things to do/places to go. Our only negative comment would be that the walk to the beach was NOT 1 1/2 minutes. It took us 5-5 1/2 minutes. Other than that, the beach was not crowded and Ormond was one of the prettiest areas we've ever visited.
Owner's Response: My team works very hard to make sure our guests concerns are addressed immediately. When the solution is obvious we are quick to respond! The beach is exactly .3 miles or 500 yards from the beach. We have a direct access walkway at the end of our street which is unique only to certain streets in Ormond Beach! We love repeat guests! Come back again!

much needed escape

I loved this vacation rental very close to the beach and shops. This is the 2nd time staying and I have never been disapointed. The house is spacious, clean and wonderfully decorated, love the fact that I can do my laundry instead of having to go to a laundry mat, traveling with children that is a huge plus. I look forward to my next stay at Seaside Retreat.
