The charm of the 20's, the convenience of today. Located along one of the Pocono's most pristine private lakes, this great home is just minutes to all the best attractions the area has to offer.

Built in 1916 with a thorough renovation in 2003, Plum Dandy is a perfect spot for a summer or winter vacation, weekend getaway or home base to explore the Poconos.

Perfect for 1 or 2 small families or 3 to 4 couples

260' of lake frontage including your own private cove and dock on Lake Naomi-a 360 acre private lake built in 1895 and now one of the premiere private lakes in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

The first floor offers the main living room with a native stone fireplace and pull-out sofa, the kitchen/dining/TV great room, the breakfast nook, laundry/mud room, bedroom with double bed, full bath and lakeside screened porch.

The second floor offers the master bedrooms/bath suite with queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom with private bath and combination bunk with single on top and double bed on the bottom.

Take advantage of the optional membership in the Lake Naomi Club. Facilities include a world class restaurant, multi million dollar recreation center with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, basketball and tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness center. Members can also make use of the outdoor pools, beaches, golf course and outside Har-Tru tennis courts.

Linens can be provided for an additional cost.

About The Owner

My husband grew up at Lake Naomi, his great grandfather being one of the original developers of the lake. When this property became available he purchased it, renovated it and enjoyed many many delightful days there. The community, with exceptional amenities, has grown and become one of the top 99 vacation communities in the US. Both my husband and I live in the area and are part owners ofthe local Keller Williams Real Estate office. We have two children and a dog and love spending time at the home. We hope you will spend some time at the home and enjoy it too.

Right in the back yard the Lake Naomi Club offers 3 lakes, 8 white sand beaches, 6 marinas for sailboats, canoes and kayaks. Lake House Vacation was great!

This a great home in a terrific location. We spent most of the time on the dock. The days o the lake and walking around this great piece of property were spectacular. The hounse is well appointed and comfortable, there was plenty of room for my family, we had 7 and it was very nice. The community center with full gym, indoor pool, large rec room with basketball courts and indoor tennis, wifi etc.. was nice. Needed to buy membership but for us it was worth it, we have athletes in the family who need good workouts. The pol at the club was amazing. Quick trip to a local deli for cofee and bagels, gas station with papers, great quiet lake no motors. really good.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Amazing place .. right by the lake and owner has a canoe!

Me, my fiancée and friends had an amazing time! Best part - house is right by the lake, and owners have a canoe that we used multiple times. And the fire pit made it perfect! Owners were very accommodating and they let us stay at the place until late in the evening beyond the morning checkout.

Strongly recommend this place - one of the best cabins/house that we have ever rented!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in January at this great house. Great owners, very clean and the setting is beautiful. Conveniently located to everything.

We rented this home on Columbus Day weekend for our 1st anniversary and had a great stay. The home was charming with the stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and view of the lake. The rental has its own dock and canoe, which was nice too. We'll likely return in the summer.
