Welcome to our townhome. It is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath 2 floor unit located in beautiful South Fort Myers Area of Iona. Our Townhome comes fully equipped for your vacation. All linens and bedding are provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen, Our Townhome includes Premium Digital Cable and LCD TV’s in all bedrooms along with a 46” LCD TV in the Living Room. For all the internet junkies, I have provided High Speed Wireless Access that will reach to the pool area so you can catch up on emails while relaxing by the pool or out on our very private fenced patio.

The pool has been recently upgraded and it is located steps from the unit and is heated all season. There are plenty of chairs, tables and lounges available to enjoy while at the pool. Bathroom and shower facilities are there as well. Also Tennis is available for those who want to play. Enjoy a nice stroll or jog around the community has we have walking paths that go throughout the community and lake. For those who like to fish or just enjoy the River, we have a private pier that juts into the Caloosahatchee River. Don’t forget to bring the wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Maybe you want to grill that fish you just caught? No problem as I have provided an outdoor BBQ grill for you to enjoy.

Enjoy Southwest Florida Living at its best. Ideally located off McGregor Blvd, some of the best beaches are available to enjoy.

The islands of Sanibel and Captiva and the beaches of Fort Myers are located all within a short 5 to 15 minute drive from our unit. These beach islands offer all there is to do for all ages, including shelling, fishing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, biking and of course just relaxing! Don’t forget the best sunsets you will ever see are available for free! Fort Myers has many supermarkets, restaurants, malls, outlets and too many other stores to list all within a short drive of this unit.

Championship golf courses are minutes away. Fort Myers Intl airport is a 20 minute drive. Miami Intl and Tampa Intl are a 2 hour drive with Orlando Intl 3 hours away. There is even a boat with day trips to the Keys from Fort Myers Beach. The only thing missing is you! My family and I reside on Long Island, NY. We like to travel and have found Fort Myers to have all the things we like to do when on vacation.

Why The Owner chose Cape Coral

After vacationing down here for the past couple of years, we decided this past winter to purchase our own place. We looked at many places, and found Meadowlark Cove/ Peppertree Point to be the perfect location for us! We have 2 children and we found that there are many activities for all ages to do here in Fort Myers and we continually find new things to do every year! Our townhome is perfect for us as we are located close to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this townhome unique

For a townhome, our place has a lot of privacy. The front of our unit is fenced, with a deck and patio furniture. At night, the lights illuminate the deck to allow some night time outdoor entertaining. Our community also has a marina, where you can rent space for your boat. It also has a pier that you can fish or just watch the sunset!

We spent 3 months in this unit and were very happy here. The unit is so well furnished, is close to everything, and far exceeded our expectations. We loved having the pool so close to our unit, we loved the short drive to the beaches, and we loved the great restaurants which were so nearby. The owners were always on top of all our concerns. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Peppertree Pointe Condo

We spent the month of Jan.it this beautiful condo and hated leaving. It was even nicer that the description on VRBO. It was well furnished with everything we needed, including fishing poles and beach chairs. The owners were extremely helpful and handled all concerns immediately. The location is ideal - so close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool is so close and the people we met there were extremely friendly. One month was not enough time to enjoy everything.
