This 2 bedroom villa is superbly located in the exclusive Bangtao Beach area at the luxurious Residence Resort. The architecture combines modern living with Asian influenced design features, providing a unique harmonic sense of space, blending nature and art in a tranquil setting.

Inside the Villa: The villa is designed with high quality finish including a state of he art home automation system, flat screen TV/DVD surround sound system and free wi-fi broadband. The glass folding walls form the living areas provide a feeling of spaciousness, where the tropical garden and pool area, with its integrated waterfall become integral to the living area. The terrace lounge with its mountain view, provides a spacious relaxation and dining area naturally extending form the upstairs floor where the glass folding walls allow indoor/outdoor living at its best.

The Private Garden: Private swimming pool with integrated water fall in enclosed walled garden with outdoor terrace lounge seating area, lawn and tropical foliage provide a natural extension to the luxurious living area. Upstairs sala with barbecue, food preparation area and dining table, provide further entertaining and relaxation areas. Natural stone and wood finishes with bi-fold glass doors to adjacent living areas provide the finishing touches. The terrace enjoys a soothing mountain outlook beyond the colorful flora spilling from the terrace planters.

The surrounding areas: Bangtao beach is only a short walk away, where you will find a wide choice of beachside local, international and fine dining restaurants. Further restaurants and shops selling local goods are situated in the surrounding areas, including the famous Laguna resort hotels and in nearby Patong (20 minutes drive).
