Beautiful secluded cottage located one half mile from Higgins Beach. Lovely private yard with many perennial gardens and space for parking. Open kitchen with a center island and new appliances. Dining area off kitchen. Large bright living room with gas fireplace and french doors that lead onto an open deck. The cottage has beautiful wide pine floors throughout including the three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There is an outdoor shower that is great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach.

Only a 15 minute drive to the Old Port in the heart of the City of Portland, with many shops and fine restaurants. Close to movie theaters, water and amusement parks, fitness centers, the Maine Mall, and Cabela's. A 25 minute drive to LL Bean and outlet shopping in Freeport, and a 25 minute drive to outlet shopping in Kittery.
