Our unit overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. We are located on the forth floor, adjacent to tennis courts, shuffle board,

heated pool .. We are near Clearwater Beach and Indian rocks Beach. There are numerous restaurants, theaters and shopping areas nearby. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Tampa International airport. Charter boat fishing, and Sail boat rentals are available nearby. Jet ski rentals are available at several locations. High and dry boat storages also available minutes from the condo.

Like the decor of Condo. Warm and Friendly

I have stayed at this condo. It is very nice. I loved looking at the water and watching the boats. The pool area was wonderful and the water was always nice and warm. I would recommend this to anyone. Clearwater Beach was very close and a fun place to visit. We found it easy to get around and plenty of great restaurants close to Condo.
