Great place to stay

My wife, small dog and I lived in this apt from Mid_november 2012 until the end of Jan 2013. As I had lived in LA for 9 years in the 1990s, I already knew that this was a great area to live -- near the beach, main st., close to Abbot Kinney and also close to the 10 freeway to get to other parts of town. The apt itself was great -- looks better than the pics even -- tons of light, excellent workspace (I worked from home everyday), everything in good working order, including the grill and kitchen which we used often, the fireplaces, tub etc etc.
The owner Dave was easy to work with from when we worked on the contract to the move in, to forwarding and little fixes while we were there, to getting the security deposit back etc.
I truly could not recommend this unit more highly and will definitely come back if my work takes me back to LA.
