Our home away from home has upgrades throughout the house. This home is situated in a very quiet residential neighborhood amongst other home owners. Ocean view from Most rooms in the house. The house is a 15 minute walk down hill - to the village.

This tranquil 2 story home has a living-room , kitchen, and master suite with bath located on the top floor. Below we have 3 bedrooms , an entertainment room, laundry room and large deck with a view of the Pacific ocean. A very spacious 3000 sqft home.

Enter through the red door leading you to the front court yard where you will be greeted by a fountain and a very private enclosed courtyard retreat. Here we have the BBQ area where the kitchen can be easily accessed through double french doors. When you enter the home this will be the upper level of the house with detailed decor, cherry wood floors and a stunning view. As you make your way down the stairs to the large deck this is the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the beach. If you want to stay home, the large entertainment room has a 46' flat screen tv and bar with sink.

Entry through the 2 car parking garage leads you to the kitchen where we boast our river-rock granite counter tops in our remodeled kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances.

This home has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view -sitting upper level with a Cal king bed and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub , travertine counter tops, and a new shower, 46' flat-screen tv, writing desk.

There are 3 bedrooms downstairs - Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Two of these bedrooms opens up to the large deck through double french doors . These rooms share one bathroom with double sinks , a shower/ tub combo. The house has a total of two queen beds, two twin beds, and a Cal King bed.

This home is equipped with wifi, dvd player, ipod dock, telephone and answering machine for local calls, printer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and all linens ( sheets, blankets ,pillows, bath towels and beach towels),

June 1st - Sept 5 & HOLIDAY WKS.....Four day minimum......$3850/week.

Sept 6th- May 31st.........Four day minimum.........$2800/week.

We do not charge a cleaning fee.

Security Deposit- $1500.00- fully refundable within 14 days.

50 % deposit due at time of booking with remaining due 30 days prior to arrival.

A 10.5% state tax will also apply.

Wonderful Home!

We just spent a week in this home with our son, his wife and two children. The home is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, excellent view, well stocked and large enough to accommodate an extended family. The owners were very helpful, and generous in leaving supplies. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to down town and the beaches. We arrived after dark and found it a little tricky to find..numbers on houses were unlit, but once we opened the door we fell in love with it! We would definitely recommend it to friends, and would love to retun. Thank you Kimi !

The house was great! Wonderful paito with a view, fully stocked kitchen and gas grill outside. Very clean and had everything we needed - iphone docking station was a nice touch! The location was fantastic!

The only draw back was there isn't a TV in the main living area off the kitchen, so the group would get split up when the guys wanted to catch up on golf.

The photos don't lie, this one is a gem!

We truly can't say enough about how wonderful this home was for us. Seven adult family members and not one complaint among us. Spotlessly clean and beautifully equipped from kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms. The compelling pictures and video don't do it justice, from the view to the privacy. After full days (LA, Disney, Santa Monica, zoo, Capistrano, harbor tour, Petco tour, shopping and beach) it was a pleasure to come back to this home. The owner's made the rental easy and remained available to us throughout the entire week. There is no one to whom we couldn't recommend this home.

Perfect, tranquil, spotless, great view, easy walk to village, awesome bedding, beach accessories, kitchen, bath, laundry stocked, wifi, beautifully furnished, peaceful deck and courtyard. The pictures are exactly as it looks,..well cared for, just like we all felt when we stayed! Even got to have our Dunkin Donuts coffee every morning. The house is more then beautiful and has such a great flow to it. I would stay again, and recommend it highly. All the great things to do in La Jolla are 10 min walk, and also easy access to I-5 for everything else. Owners are very responsive and great to work with. Really felt priviledged to stay in such a beautiful home. A note, it was very hot the week we stayed,..so the portable A/C units were a blessing,..and it cools off at night. LOVED IT,..want to come back!!
