The building offers, a separate entry per each tower, fully equipped gym, two parking spaces, emergency power generator and elevators to all floors.

Weekly cleaning service with change of linens and towels is provided upon request.

Daily, weekly and monthly rates for winter and summer period are available.

A security deposit in case of damages is required, which is fully refundable.
