This four-bedroom 3 bathroom home has 2 King master suites with pool, spa, Jacuzzi, and KIDDIES POOL, is located in Doral Woods, Kissimmee - a small established community close to Disney. The Disney Wilderness nature reserve is a short drive, Disney is a 10 to 15-minute drive plus all the amenities of the 192 resort area are close by.

We accommodate Disney vacationers, groups attending Orange County Convention Center, Disney Wide World Of Sports, International Drive visitors, and The Gaylord Palms Resort in Osceola County, plus those visiting the Orlando area. Universal, Sea World, and the water parks are 15-20 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes and Sanford Airport one hour and 10 mins away.

Doral Woods is a blend of residential and vacation properties. It takes one hour to get to the beach!There is a community pool and tennis court available to you thru your stay, as well as your own private pool/spa and jacuzi. This site is for one property, but we have several in this community, if this does not suite you, e-mail Michelle and she can send photos and info on another home at this location or other Disney locations. This property has been custom built to a high standard,is over 2,200 sq feet in living space ( excluding garage/patio etc)and has many upgrades, 2 living areas,2 king master suites with french doors out to the pool,(pool heater)and upgrades of breakfast bar,4 TV's all connected to cable,DVD and VCR plus playstation 2. Fans in living areas, and master suite. The pool area has a spa and Kiddies pool, plus covered Lanai for those who need shade or to sit out on the extended pool deck if you enjoy being in the sun. Many renters return to relax and enjoy the property with their family and friends, taking time out to visit the parks. The pool has an electic heater for the cooler months. This will heat the pool and spa, but not the kiddies pool. The decor inside the home is light and stylish, color coordinated, well maintained. the property has a pull out sofa bed.

Our family decided to go to Florida for a 2012 Christmas vacation. We needed a place to stay that provided comfort yet plenty of space for our growing family. The home we chose in Doral Woods did just that. This home had 4 bedrooms and ample space and was layed out in such a way that it provided some privacy and yet easy access to the main kitchen area. The home was clean and was well stocked with essential home items like plates, glasses etc. This home has a large pool area which the grandkids loved. The Doral Woods area is close to all the Disney attractions,stores, shops etc. and not that far from the MCO airport. We would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends

Pros: High Speed Internet (20Mbps download Clocked by speedtest.net), Kiddie Pool, Two King Size Beds, Two Pool side tables,Pool Towels and toys

Realty Manager Michelle is Super Friendly and was very helpful to solve our pool heat issue and answering other questions. Overall it was very pleasant stay with Kids.
Things May Consider to include: Cordless Phone ($20-30 uniden refurb will be fine), Flat TV in Living Room (32" Westinghouse could get under $200), and printer (printing boarding passes, coupons and other park passes will be much easier).
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Good to have the 5 stars - a flat screen Tv was added January 1st 2013!!!!!!!! For future guests reading this review - we have tried a printer to be available, but often worked out not compatible with everyones laptops or wireless divice - drivers etc and the ink can add to overall rental cost - so for now we do not provide one - the libary -office Max - Kinco's can always help. There is also a cordless phone in the kitchen - great to have out by the pool.

Everything we needed or could have wanted.

Just arrived home from a 16 day stay at this property. This house is of excellent design offering two seperate living areas, one of which is opposite the kitchen area so even when meals are being prepared nobody gets left out. Two ensuite master bedrooms, each with direct access to the pool area, and two twin bed rooms with a third shared bathroom. Every bedroom has a TV. The kitchen has everything you need with the usual american fridge/freezer, microwave,mixer, etc. etc. The pool is great with a small childrens pool and a social seated pool to enjoy an evening G&T with some good olives. The garage has electric door so car is not boiling hot when you first get in it in the morning. Every convenience thought of. Great washer and dryer for kids clothes etc. Free WiFi and telephone calls. Can be booked for any number of days convenient to renter if available. Well maintained throughout. Very convenient for all the theme parks. Thoroughly recommended.

A beautiful home with all of the comforts and amenities to make our vacation perfect! We love the pool area and the bedroom are extremely comfortable. This was our second stay in this house and we hope to come back again!

Disney Doral property

The property was exactly as pictured. Great space for 2 families. I am disabled and the property was accessible throughout. (I carry a small ramp for my convenience). The house is not far from the main thoroughfares. We were able to get anywhere we needed within 20 minutes. If there is any complaint it's that when we first arrived there were some gnats in the house. Although a detractor, the amenities of the home still garner an excellent rating. We would definitely stay/ use a behlor property again.
