Encino Home with Pool

Comfortable contemporary, four bedroom Encino home is the perfect place from which to see Los Angeles. Sun filled great room - living room, dining room and kitchen all flow into each other under vaulted ceilings.

Newly renovated in 2009, the kitchen is idea for a quick breakfast before you head to the beach or for cooking a gourmet meal. Four bedrooms and two full baths make this home ideal for a vacationing family.

The home is also idea for renters in the LA area on a short term contract or while looking for more permanent housing.

Balboa Park is a five minute walk. Trader Joe's a three minute drive. Close to the 405 and 110 Freeways makes all of Los Angeles easily accessible.

One hour to Disneyland; 20 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes to Hollywood Boulevard, 30 minutes to Santa Monica, Venice, and Malibu Beaches.

My family loved this vacation home so much in 2011 we decided to stay again this year in 2012. the house is very well equipped, clean and modern, great location and owners super friendly, even stocked the home with some wonderful essentials upon arrival so we didn't have to rush out and buy milk/bread after a long flight from the UK... Highly recommend you stay and enjoy, it truly was home from home!!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
