We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Platinum Apartments (Freshwater Place) The accommodation & facilities were exceptional and the views were amazing. The pool, BBQ and lawn area on Level 10 is very unique that close to the city and was great for my toddler. The apartment is perfectly located and is within easy walking distance to a number of Melbourne attractions.

My husband and our disabled daughter spent a week at the Platinum Apartment, we found it a little small for our needs,but for the average 3 person family it would work very well.The bathroom and particularly the shower for a person needing mobility equipment was excellent.
Helen, the owner could not have been more obliging in making sure we had a comfortable stay.
The apartment was central to the CBD and close to public transport for easy getting around. Thank you Helen.

The Freshwater Place Building is situation on the Southbank Promenade at Queensbridge Square, Southbank Melbourne.

Queensbridge Square is at the heart of Southbank's entertainment hub.; where buskers and street performers entertain the crowds.

Southbank stretches along the Yarra River from Princes Bridge/St Kilda Rd to Queensbridge Square [Freshwater Place Building location], continuing on passed the Crown Casino through to the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at the other end of the Crown Complex. Southbank offers an extensive choice of dining and entertaining options for most peoples choices. The closeness of the CBD just across the footbridge on the opposite of the river bank, Southbank is well deserving of its reputation as Melbourne's premier entertainment district.
