The condo is ideally located in the center of Flamingo within easy walking distance to the marina, language school, Flamingo Beach, and many of the finest restaurants in Flamingo. A small grocery store, car rental office and pizza place are at the corner. The famous Monkey Bar is accross the street at the Flamingo Marina Resort. The Flamingo Beach Resort is within one and one half block. The Conchal and Hacienda Pinillas golf courses are a mere 10 minutes away by auto. The town of Brasilito 5 km. away on the main road offers additional restaurants, grocery stores and souveniers.
Flamingo is serviced by two major banks, the Banco de Costa Rica and Banco Nacional where you can conduct all financial trasactions, and of course ATM's are available 24 hours.
Guests staying in the condo have access and privileges at the Flamingo Beach Resort; where they can enjoy the resort's large swimming pool with its wet bar, music, and pool lounge chairs. Complimentary beach towels are provided. A game room, tennis courts, and spa are also available as well as beach front dining and use of the beach area chairs.
In addition to Playa Flamingo the area boasts some of the best beaches on the Pacific coast. Beaches such as Conchal, Playa Grande, Playa Danta, Sugar loaf and many others are close-by.
No trip to Flamingo is complete without a day or half-day of deep sea fishing. There is a sports fishing fleet anchored in the bay of over 30 vessels that will take you to the best spots for yellow fin tuna, mahi mahi, sailfish or marlin. A sunset sail can cap-off a perfect Flamngo day.
The Baulas National Park, a sanctuary for the leather-back sea turtle is 20 minutes away and merits a visit when the turtles are laying their eggs and the hatchlings are making their way to the water.
