Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

2 bedroom + loft townhouse, 2 bath, with beautiful water views over mangroves out the large lanai. Less than 2 miles to Anna Maria Island beaches. 5 minute walk to lovely smaller Bay beach with the most beautiful sunsets on the gulf coast! Perico Bay is famous for its breathtaking landscaping, wildlife, activities and proximity to everything. (Pools, tennis, clubhouse, library and more!) Gated community so you always feel safe. We also have the nicest neighbors imaginable.

Turnkey furnished and we use our own rental management company so you know there is always someone to help you only a phone call away!

My husband and I grew up close to beaches and have always loved Florida. We've been vacationing in the Bradenton/Longboat Key/Anna Maria Island area for years and we love the sunshine, the laid back lifestyle, access to arts and culture. -We are both teachers, and I am a children's book writer as well.

Romantic walks, nature preserve, sunsets, --and the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria Island less than 2 miles away! Bay beach even closer. No wonder Perico Bay is the #1 community in Bradenton-- it gives you all the amenities of town. Perico Bay is especially proud of its roseate spoonbills and other exotic birds. Beautifully landscaped, safely gated, friendly and relaxed, close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, kids activities, museums and more. Our townhouse has soaring cathedral ceilings, a wall of windows facing the mangroves and bayou, lots of light, and an upstairs loft area that can be used for extra sleeping or a study/work area & great reading nook. One master suite bedroom downstairs, one upstairs with its own little balcony. One full bathroom downstairs, one full bathroom up. Extra toys, beach chairs, DVDs, just bring your sunscreen and relax.

We've been coming to Perico Bay for years, but this is our new favorite place. Full of light, great location and proximity to pools, wildlife, beautiful water views. Nicely appointed, with new lightning speed internet that made a big difference in our ability to work while on vacation. We all loved the fact that we could easily bike to the Anna Maria beaches-- or head to Bradenton for restaurants, theater and walks along the river. Can't wait for the new clubhouse to be finished! Warm community, nice folks, great owners. Also we like that both bedrooms and baths are on the ground floor. Love the bright Missoni touches! We'll be back.

Lovely place, gracious owners, and the Perico Bay Club offers something for everyone. Several pools to choose from, including a very large heated pool near the clubhouse, tho we most often opted for the small pool a few steps from the house. We enjoyed the nature flora and fauna all around us, especially the lovely bay beach just a few steps from Perico Bay Club. The home is full of light and we had room for overnight guests. Don't forget to visit St Armand's Circle for shopping!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
