This is an excellent property with all of the amenities one would want. This was our second year here and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again. The unit is very well furnished and clean. The check in/check out procedure is very easy and the lo cation provides easy access to all of the Phoenix area.

Great Place and Great Location

We Spent five weeks in this unit and found it to be a perfect selection. It is very large and comfortable, well maintained and very clean. All aspects of the reservation, check in and check out were very easy and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We found the Grayhawk location very desirable with close paroximity to everthing we needed. The easy access to Loop 101 made travel around the city very easy.

We would definately recommend this property to prospective users.

A Warm Winter Welcome

The listing description promised luxury, space and convenience and we were not disappointed. The property was very clean and well maintained and we made very good use of all the equipment provided (TV, stereo, internet connection, fully equipped kitchen etc etc). The beds were wonderfully spacious and comfortable and the whole property is tastefully and sympathetically furnished. We found the owner very friendly and helpful before, during and after the rental. Customer service was excellent. We had wonderful weather and made full use of the opportunity for outdoor swimming and sunbathing. Not bad for December and a real treat for English people used to cold and rain! The journey to and from Phoenix airport was very straightforward and we had no problems finding and accessing the property for the first time. The garage was very useful for our hire car.

We would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend or relative and hope to come back again at some time in the future
